ANNOUNCEMENT: TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF BIG POOL

Dear Valued Swimmers and Guests,

Please be advised that the BIG POOL will be temporarily closed starting from march 5, 2026.
This closure is necessary to conduct essential CLEANING,MAINTENANCE, and SAFETY INSPECTIONS to ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for everyone.

While the big pool is closed, our PRIVATE POOl will remain open for your gatherings and swimming needs.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
The BIG POOL will reopen better and safer than ever!

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

​Dear Valued Guests,

​To ensure your room is ready and to provide you with the best possible service, please take a moment to review our Reservation and Cancellation Policies.

🏫Securing Your Booking:

• ​50% Down Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm and guarantee your stay.
• ​Unconfirmed Bookings: Reservations without a deposit will be treated as "Walk-ins."
• ​Walk-in Policy: Walk-in guests are welcome on a "first come, first served" basis and are subject to room availability.

​🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

​We understand that plans can change. However, because a reserved room prevents us from hosting other guests, the following charges apply:

• ​Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made on the day of your check-in will result in a forfeiture of the full deposit (No-Show Fee).
• ​Advance Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the day of accommodation will incur a 15% penalty on the deposit amount.
• ​Changes & Modifications: To avoid penalties, please call our Front Office immediately for any adjustments to your reservation.

​⚖️ Extenuating Circumstances
​Full refunds or waivers of the deposit are only granted in the following cases, provided that legal documentation is submitted:

• ​Medical Emergencies (Hospitalization records)
• ​Bereavement (Death certificate)
​• Accidents (Police report)
