Monthly rent payment : POST DATED CHECKS
Move in date: August 1, 2026 (subject to change depending on the availability of the room)

IF INTERESTED, please message us the slot you wish to reserve and we will send you an overview of our contract. You have 1 hour to decide if you wish to reserve the slot or not. Within that 1 hour period, you will need to pay the reservation fee, if you will get the slot.

> Double check the slot code/s you wish to reserve then send it to us via messenger.

> Refrain from sending multiple messages at once as we will based the first come, first serve on the messenger timestamp. Sending multiple messages will push you to the back of the line!

> We will be sending our dormitory’s contract and payment guidelines to the FIRST one in line. He/she will have to decide if they wish to get the slot within 1 hour only. Failure to do so will give us the right to offer the slot to the next one in line.

> Please do not pay the reservation fee WITHOUT our confirmation. DISREGARD THE AUTOMATED PAYMENT DETAILS MESSAGE.

> Once we have CONFIRMED the slot to be yours, we will send our payment details for the reservation fee payment (Php 5000). This must be paid within the given 1 hour.
