📢 Important Booking Update
Starting September 15, Airbnb will be implementing a sitewide change to its service fee policy, which will affect the total rates shown for booking through the Airbnb platform.
Because of this policy change, our rates on Airbnb will increase accordingly. Please note that this adjustment applies only to bookings made through Airbnb. Our direct booking rates through Facebook will remain unaffected. 💙

FOR CLARIFICATION: Instead of the service fee being split between guests and hosts, the fee will be deducted entirely from the host's payout.
As advised by Airbnb, we will be adjusting our Airbnb rates accordingly so that our earnings are not negatively affected by this change.
This does NOT necessarily mean that the total price you pay for a stay will increase by a significant amount. The adjustment is primarily to account for the way Airbnb will now collect its service fee. We will try our best to maintain the rates at a reasonable price so that you can get the best value for your stay. 💙 Thank you for understanding!
