The space
Location
The farmhouse is around 20 minutes drive from Vigan City, Ilocos and 1 hour drive from Laoag City, Ilocos Norte and 2.5 hrs drive to Pagudpud. The best part of it is, you get to see and passby sceneries and attractions like century old churches

* 20 minutes drive to Vigan and nearby tourist spots
* 1.0 hour drive to Laoag /2.5 hour to Pagudpud

Bedrooms
There are three (3) A/C bedrooms upstairs with double-size beds and cabinets while one non-A/C bedroom with single bed is downstairs. Each bedroom is fitted with two 1 x 1 meter of Capiz windows providing the room with adequate ventilation of fresh air. The rooms can accommodate 8 to 12 people, in excess we will setup additional mattress in the 2nd floor living room. There is also one Non-A/C bedroom on the first floor which can sleep two (2) to four (4) persons.

Restrooms / Bathrooms
Three (3) restrooms are modernly designed and clean. The main restroom is located inside the house and equipped with shower + heater + t&b. While the auxiliary bathrooms are located outside the house equipped with shower and t&b. The 3rd restroom has a skylight roofing and a rustic-modern minimalist concept.

Outside the house,
*There’s a grass-carpeted front lawn; a backyard; and a Cabana (kubo) with hammock (duyan)where star-gazing can be enjoyed.
*A gazebo where you can have videoke ( ask the caretaker to rent a unit for you) BBQ grilling, Boddlefight meal or simply enjoy the hammock while reading your favorite book.
*Guests may explore the whole property but should practice the buddy system. Safety is our responsibility.
