Furnished with our guests in mind, it can comfortably house 2 ADULTS or A COUPLE with up to 2 YOUNG CHILDREN. Upon arrival, kindly proceed to the front desk and present your valid ID.
2. Kindly give them our unit number (I will be sending you a message) and your name and they will be handing you a package under your name. Concierge will be happy to assist you with your luggage.

. Please request them to turn on water and electricity as they can only access controls once someone is in the unit. Steps are indicated in the package you will receive.

WE VALUE OUR GUESTS so interaction will be anytime you wish to contact us thru AIRBNB PORTAL or VIBER (to appear once you have booked). We do not reside in the Philippines, however our mom will do the personal necessities for us. Knightsbridges front desk, conceirge, Engineering services and security is available 24/7. Please make us your first contact in case you need anything. If in any case I am not reachable (time difference 5 hours behind where we reside) , kindly direct your concerns to the front desk and they may be of help. WELCOME HOME :)

Getting around
The concierge and front desk may assist you to get a taxi and a few steps away is Kalayaan Ave and Makati Ave that has access to jeepneys and more taxis. UBER and GRAB TAXI is also widely used and available. Front desk can arrange a GRAB taxi for you ahead of time or on the spot. Cash payment will be given directly to the driver. I have a guide book inside the unit to assist you in airport directions, getting around the city and places of interest. House Rules
Any damages in the unit will be charged with Guest's security deposit. No smoking in the unit. If you need to smoke, please do so in the balcony of the Dining hall located at the 4th floor. Please remember to lock the apartment when you leave and please bring your room keys and access card to access the lifts. Maximum guests inside the unit are 4. If you would like to entertain, you are free to do so at the Dining Hall at the 4th floor. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the unit. Kindly switch off lights and A/C when not inside the unit. Please keep the unit in an orderly manner at all times and use of things and facilities inside and outside the unit must be done with care. Appreciate if you could turn over the unit in order to avoid any delays in check out. The trash bin for the floor is located at the emergency exit to the right of the condo unit as you exit the unit.
