Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) on Wednesday announced a new program that allows passengers to fly with their small dog in-cabin to local destinations such as Boracay, Bohol, and Siargao, for P2,500 one-way base fares starting November 12, 2025.

PAL advised affected passengers not to proceed to the airport and instead rebook within 60 days, convert tickets to travel credits with a five-percent bonus, or request a refund.
