"This is the first time I have ever written a review like this, but this was truly the best hotel experience of our lives.
Having stayed at various 5-star beach resorts in the past, the incredible hospitality and level of comfort we experienced here at Coast were simply unmatched.
The biggest reason for this was the hospitality of every single staff member.
They intuitively anticipated what we needed and offered thoughtful suggestions before we even had to ask. Throughout our stay at Coast, we hardly ever needed to ask for anything.
To share just a couple of examples: on the night before our check-out, as we returned from a day of sightseeing, a female staff member greeted us at the entrance. She took the initiative to confirm our check-out time and airport transfer details for the next day. I had been meaning to check these details myself, but she approached us first—and she recognized my face so well that I didn’t even need to state my name or room number.
Additionally, for our final airport transfer, we had been out until the very last minute and returned to the hotel just 10 minutes before our pick-up time. Even then, a male staff member met us at the entrance and proactively asked if we’d like to use the restroom before departing. We didn’t even have to ask them to wait while we used the facilities.
These may seem like small details, but throughout our entire stay, we felt this level of meticulous care everywhere we turned.
