Let God Lead You

Nahihirapan ka bang makatrabaho ang boss mo? Huwag mong pakalakasan ang sagot at baka marinig ka. Pero kung ito ang pinagdaraanan mo, my simple tip for you today is this, fix your eyes on God who is your ultimate boss and let God lead you.

Magandang araw, ako si Maloi Malibiran-Salumbides para sa Protips partner mo sa inspiradong trabaho at negosyong umaasenso.

Kung sa tao kasi tayo nakatingin, talagang marami tayong makikitang maaaring ika-inis natin, ikasama ng loob o ika-disappoint. Ang sabi ni Benjamin Franklin, "Blessed is he that expects nothing, for he shall never be disappointed." Marami ang nadi-disappoint sa kanilang mga boss dahil mayroon silang expectations na hindi nangyari. Pero kung ang Diyos ang boss ng buhay mo, be ready to be amazed beyond what you can ask, expect or imagine. Let God lead you. Paano?

1) Learn to entrust your plans to Him. Mabuting gumawa ng plano para sa buhay mo, trabaho o negosyo. Pero mas mabuting ang mga planong ito ay ipinagkakatiwala natin sa Diyos. Alam ng Diyos ang lahat. Bago pa mapredict ng financial analysts kung ano ang mga negosyong papatok o hihina, alam na ng Diyos ang lahat ng ito. While it is helpful to know the opinions of business experts, walang makadadaig sa pagtitiwala sa Diyos pagdating sa mga pasyahin mo sa buhay.Ang sabi sa Proverbs 19:21, "Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand."

2) Endeavor to honor God in everything you do. Ang tiyak na paraan para makaiwas sa mga tukso at kumpromiso sa trabaho, honor God in everything that you do. If God is your number 1 boss, alam mo na kaagad kung ano ang gagawin sa mga tempting offers na dumarating sa iyo. Tanggihan ang hindi makaluluwalhati sa Diyos at manindigan para sa tama at matuwid. Easier said than done, but possible with the Lord's help.

3) Pray to God moment by moment. Kung tayo ay required na magpasa ng report sa ating boss, paano ka magrereport sa Diyos? Sa pamamagitan ng pananalangin.God knows everything that you do, but He still longs to talk to you in prayer. I-kwento mo sa Kanya kung ano ang mga pinagdaraanan mo sa trabaho mo. Sabihin mo sa Kanya kung ano ang mga bigatin at pagsubok na mayroon ka ngayon. God is always available to listen to you. Hindi mo kailangang makipag-appointment dahil palagi Siyang handang makinig sa bawat panalangin mo.

Ang sabi sa Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters". Invite God to be the boss of your life today.
