Our adaptation, replacing Architect with Agbarog, is a creative reinterpretation intended to promote awareness of the deep Tagalog term Agbarog, which carries the same meaning as “architect” but is unfamiliar to many in the profession.

We also use the term Agbarog to represent and promote our band, Agbarog, which is composed of registered, licensed architects and active members of the United Architects of the Philippines. This adaptation is not an official UAP slogan and is used solely for cultural, linguistic, and creative expression.

Ito si Narki.

Siya yung "Architect" daw na laging naka-ngisi, naka-hard hat sa profile pic, at ang portfolio? Pang world class! Ang presyo niya, "barkada rate" o kaya naman ay libre na ang design basta sa kanya ang construction. Sounds good!

Pero. Plot twist: Noong oras na para ilabas ang Building Permit, biglang nag-iba ang ihip ng hangin.

- Na "ghost" ka Narki. Seen zone ka na lang.
- O kaya, may pirma sa plano pero pangalan ng ibang tao ang nakalagay.
- Worse, na-deny ang permit mo dahil "Falsified Documents" daw.

Bakit? Dahil si Narki ay HINDI Registered and Licensed Architect. Ang PRC ID niya? Canva lang, nakaw, o kaya naman ay suspended na. Ang galing sa design? Nakaw lang sa Pinterest o gawa ng ibang tao.

Si Narki ay isang ILLEGAL PRACTITIONER. At sa ilalim ng RA 9266 - The Architecture Law of 2004 - hindi ito joke. Ang mga katulad ni Narki ay nahaharap sa malalaking multa at kulong!

Kaya bago mag-sign ng contract, i-check ang creedntials. Huwag magpaloko. Higit sa lahat... HUWAG MAGING NARKI!
