Hi... today, I feature (repost)our "Ancestral House" may i solicit responses from you (friends and relatives) please help us in this endeavor, by liking us on ths Face Book Page or if not give some comments..
Our town or province and its people has much to learn about built heritage. Camiguin will about to lost a huge number of heritage houses and old structures /buildings if demolishing and rebuilding their country homes became a lifelong hobby, and I think someone has to speak up about that. But right now in my own little way, through this social networking, I am trying to do my part in saving what is left. And for this our family the cabeguins are desirous to preserve the legacy of our ancestor, by putting up Museum Cafe' at the ground floor of the house which should be open to the public . In the city especially Manila or Ayala had expensive entrace fee and only fortunate people can get inside. I guess there is so many old houses that are not appreciated and end up as fire wood :)
