We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, sustainability, and structural integrity to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in architectural software, a deep knowledge of local building codes, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Scope of Services
The Architect shall perform the following services:.
• Create and review architectural designs and plans for the Company’s real estate projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Provide technical support and consultation during construction phases.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers and contractors, to deliver high-quality projects.
• Additional Tasks may be assigned by mutual agreement of the parties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Preferably with experience.
Preferably 30-40 years old.
Proficiency in design software.
Strong creative and technical skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of building codes and architectural standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to projects.
