Looking for an opportunity to be part of a growing hospitality team? Northland Resort Hotel & Mall is looking for ON-CALL TEAM MEMBERS!

👨‍🍳 ON-CALL COOK / COMMIS
🍽️ ON-CALL F&B SERVER

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable, and service-oriented individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced hotel, resort, and restaurant environment.

👨‍🍳 ON-CALL COOK / COMMIS

✔️ 2–3 years of cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or institutional kitchen
✔️ Baking & pastry experience is a plus
✔️ Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation
✔️ Can work efficiently in high-volume operations
✔️ Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
✔️ Good teamwork, discipline, and time-management skills
✔️ Willing to work weekends, holidays, and special functions

🍽️ ON-CALL F&B SERVER
✔️ At least 2 years of F&B serving experience, preferably with barista experience
✔️ Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and basic beverage service
✔️ Good communication and customer service skills
✔️ Pleasant personality, hardworking, and team-oriented
✔️ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Willing to work weekends, holidays, and special events
✔️ Hotel, resort, or restaurant experience is an advantage
