I would like to express my deepest appreciation to our valid customers who make 2023 a blast.

Trivia: I bought this property way back in 2019, when I am just dreaming of owning/ investing a property. Years pass by and pandemic hits everyone. This property doesn’t gave me any income.Thus, all expenses need to be shouldered. It took us 4 years before we decided to put this property for transient use. Not aiming for a big profit, just enough to pay our condo monthly dues and utilities. As well allowance for my parents. For our valid customers, a big shoutout to you and thank you for choosing us to stay and spend quality time with your love ones and friends. We do really appreciate you all for trusting us. We are not a perfect host and doesn’t offer a high end staycation. But one thing we can promise is… We have been honest from the start, on what to expect from us and making sure your stay is being valued. Again, Thank you and have a wonderful and blessed New Year for all of us🎉🍾

Scenarios we experienced these past few days!

There are times n bigla nlng po kau mgback out few days before your check in day. Ung mga nginquire po para sa slot n un Ndi n po nmen pinagbigyan dhl secured n ung slot sa inyo, then bgla po mgsasabi cancel nlng po due to several reasons) Wala po pasabi and nandun n po sa location ung
mgassist( Ngbyahe po ng 2 hours just to assist you and another 2 hours back)

A day before check in we will ask you to make sure na confirm po ung pgdating nio because we still need to give ample time para po mgbyahe. Then the day of check in wala p din po message. And offline po. Ending up canceling the days of that confirmed slot.

There are times nmn po mgcheck in but not following the house rules po. Meron din po mabasag na gamit Pero Ndi po kme sabihan. Ending we just let it go. Nakakalungkot lng din po.

Just a reminder nlng po sa mga susunod para sana lng po maiwasan ung mga ganito po situation.

Bago at malinis po ang unit- Ndi po ito naging residential unti ng may ari kaya lahat po ng gamit ay tlg mga bago p.

Mababait at maasikaso din po ang mga receptionist and guard sa building.
