Please note that the building security is fairly strict with the entry of guests. Only the registered guests (based on GAF) shall be allowed to enter the premises. Inviting visitors is strictly prohibited.
👉REQUIREMENTS:
1 Government-issued ID (for each guest) to be submitted at least a day before arrival. All guests are required to present and leave their valid ID at the front desk upon check-in.

Check-in time: 2 PM
Check-out time: 11 AM
Guests must log and register at the front desk and must present 1 valid ID and contact number.
No confirmed booking/reservation means no check-in.
No early check-in and late check-out without approval from the host.
👉Instant/Same day booking after 5 PM, Weekends and Holidays:
Check-in time is between 2 PM to 9 PM and shall be assisted by the host or its representative and under the visitor's pass.
👉DAMAGE, VIOLATIONS AND OTHER FEES:
-Security Deposit of 1000 php.
-Lost Key (1500 php)
-Early check-in/extension (200 php/hr)
-Stained sheets and towels (500 to 1000 per piece- subject to evaluation of the damaged item/s)
-Stained Mattress, Foam or Sofa (fees will depend on the cleaning company rates)
-Cleaning fee request during stay: 500 php (includes change of towels and sheets)
-Smoking/Va**ng on restricted areas - 1000 to 10000 php depending on the violation ticket issued by the building admin or security personnel.
👉GUEST ACCESS
-The unit doesn't have free parking. There are parking areas around the building.
Fame Residences swimming pool guidelines:
Pool usage is NOT FREE.
Pool rate: 150 php/pax for regular days and 300 php/pax for holidays.
The pool area is open from 6 AM to 10 PM daily but closed on Mondays for maintenance. If Monday is a Holiday, pool cleaning will be moved to Tuesday.
Only 2 pax at a time for 1BR units may use the pool.
Passes are non-transferable.
Wear proper swimming attire.
Amenities are open from 6 AM to 10 PM located on the 7th floor, where you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (Adult and Kiddie Pool), outdoor mini Gym, and Zen Garden for you and your loved ones to enjoy!
Some of the amenities have a scheduling requirement and fees that are subject to change without prior notice.
👉OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1. There is a security deposit of 1000 php which will be given upon check-out assuming there is no damage in the unit. Damaged fees will be deducted from the deposit if there are any.
2. This listing implements a strict cancellation and alteration policy.
3. Please note that we are not allowed to change the list of registered names on the day of the check-in or any day after that, unless due to misspelled names. Changes or alterations to booking dates will not be allowed once booked.
4. Please do not leave your belongings unattended. Bahay ni Chie is not held liable for any lost or damage.
5. Please minimize noise after 10 PM as courtesy to the neighbors.
