Costapolitan's Cozy Living Room has comfortable 3-seater sofa that can be converted to a bed. You can relax and binge-watch your favorite show on Netflix or Youtube on our 55" UHD LG TV.

You may also enjoy playing some board games made available in the unit i.e. Chess & Checkers, Boogle, UNO cards, Monopoly and Tic-Tac-Toe.

There is 1.5 HP inverter split type aircon unit installed in the living room to cool this area.

Costapolitan's functional kitchen is equipped with new appliances and essential kitchen utensils for preparing your sumptuous meals.

You will find quality and branded appliances such as microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker and refrigerator available in the unit. There is also rangehood and inverter cooktop. There are nearby supermarkets where you can purchase your groceries and ingredients to cook your food.

Enjoy your food whilst seated at our wood and walnut-coloured dining table and chairs.

Guests can access the public pool, outdoor lounge and children's playground located at 7th floor. However, Gym is not accessible to guests and only allowed to be used by condo residents.

Note that there is a pool access fee (add-on and separate from the unit booking fee).

Pool access fees:
Php150 per person on regular days
Php300 per person during public holidays

Please inform us beforehand if you will need pool vouchers. There are condo admin rules in using the pool such as wearing proper swimwear when using this facility.

Pool schedule:
6AM - 10PM (Tuesday to Sunday)
Closed every Monday for cleaning and maintenance
In the event that the public holiday falls on a Monday, pool will be closed on Tuesday for cleaning. Note that the condo admin may restrict access to the pool on a short notice and we will not be liable or refund any advanced pool vouchers purchased.
