LIVING AND DINING
The apartment offers a living and dining area. There are two chairs and a table that may be used for eating or working, a 43-inch smart flat screen TV that is ready for Netflix and a sofa bed.
KITCHEN
Complete with an electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator, frying pan, plates, cutlery, and glasses. The kitchen is functionally equipped.

BEDROOM
To provide a hotel-like experience, the bedroom features a double-sized bed and single pull-out bed. Every visitor has brand-new sheets installed to guarantee hygiene, cleanliness, and restful sleep. It has a split system air conditioner installed. For storage of your possessions, there is an empty cabinet.
TOILET AND BATHROOM
Toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, bath soap, and towels are among the necessities for a bathroom. Furnished with a bidet, hot water shower, and hair dryer.
SECURITY
To guarantee the guests' safety, security personnel are on duty around-the-clock at the condominium complex.

House Rules:
1. As needed by the building administration, we would furthermore want a copy of each guest's valid identification.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
4. When you leave, please switch off the air conditioner.
5. Kindly abide by the noise restriction. No loud noises (Admin will issue a penalty)
6. No hanging of towels or clothing on the balcony
7. Pets are not permitted (admin policy)
8. Parties are not allowed.
9. Check-in and Check-out times must be strictly followed.
Pool Rules
-Authorized guests may use the swimming pool for the following fees: Php 150 on weekdays and Php 300 on holidays. Maximum of two guests.
-Every Monday, the pool is closed for maintenance.
Parking
There is pay open parking at Mayflower Parking, which is directly across the street.
