Month of May was a real challenge for me.
For the longest time, I never had a hard time getting bookings. Guests would proactively inquire and even compete for available dates, and for that, I am always incredibly grateful.
Then the Meralco bill came.
Honestly, it drained my motivation. I almost gave up. From the day I received that bill, I stopped accepting bookings. I barely visited the unit and started questioning whether all of this was still worth it.
But today, I came across a video from an Airbnb host I've looked up to since the beginning of my hosting journey. It reminded me why I started this business in the first place.
So enough with the drama. Time to get back on my feet and start accepting bookings again.

This is just another challenge and a test of how we handle difficult situations. Growth doesn't happen when things are easy. it happens when we choose to keep going despite the setbacks.
