THIS YEAR’S “JOURNEY TO EVER AFTER: IN BLOOM”

Mercure Mactan Cebu and Savoy Hotel Mactan Newtown capped this year’s holding of the hotels’ “Journey to Ever After: In Bloom” bridal fair with a marquee presentation of bridalwear designs on September 27.

Staged at the Mactan Newtown Beach, the Mactan Channel sunset served as a fitting background for the runway fete, which featured in-season bridalwear pieces by designers affiliated with the Cebu campus of the Fashion Institute of Design and Arts – Philipp Tampus, Mel Maria, Valerie Alvez, Ia Coca, Reynan Paul, Ayka Lim, Yoko Sato, Maria Navarete, Jeanom Ursua and Cris Escobido.

Collectively, the designers clinched Cebu’s affinity with standout design, whilst gifting attendees with glimpses of how their dream weddings can come true at Mercure Mactan Cebu, Savoy Hotel Mactan Newtown and at the Mactan Newtown Beach.
