Friendly Reminders ❗️
- You are staying in a private complex, please always make sure that your sounds on TV and mic is not too loud that you can distract other people staying on the same floor.

- Refrain from shouting while singing, that's why the bluetooth microphone is good to use when you're staying in a private place. Its not too loud, just right for a 24sqm unit.

- The quiet time starts exactly at 9pm - 6am, please avoid making loud noises on these time frame to avoid receiving a penalty of ₱5000.

POOL ACCESS *since we are in GCQ, the admin will only allow 10 persons inside the pool and 4 persons per unit and can use for 3 hrs so the other people can also access the pool* - Monday (pool is closed)
