📍Located at 837 Dos Castillas St. Sampaloc, Manila (Near España).

✅ Enjoy private use of the entire Casa and all its amenities for 21 HOURS — no sharing with other guests!

✅ 🐾 PETS ARE WELCOME! Though a maximum of 3 fur friends are allowed.

✅ 21 HOURS (3PM to 12NN– FIXED)

✅ We accommodate an ideal group size of 6 to 10 pax per casa, but if requested, our whole area (per casa) can extend accommodation of up to 15 PAX only (including come and go visitors).

✅ 1 CABIN ROOM with a suggested sleeping capacity up to 10 pax. (shared space and no separate rooms).

(we'll check the availability first, since calendars are updated from time to time )

‼️ Rates for up to 10 pax (our ideal group size) are posted in the photos below. Additional rates for 11–15 pax are available upon request—kindly send us a DM.

‼️ Come and go visitors, or guests not staying overnight are still counted in the 15 pax limit.
(We can no longer accommodate beyond 15 pax)

‼️A maximum of 3 children aged 3 years old and below are not included in the headcount and are free of charge. However, children aged 4 years old and above are included in the headcount.

‼️ Our Casas are exclusively for small group staycations and are not suitable for large parties or events.

‼️First to Pay, First to Reserve Basis. No Pencil Booking, NO WALK-INS.

‼️All transactions and inquiries will be answered via messenger.
