Some concerns raised in this review involve condominium-managed facilities and property policies, while others remind us that clearer communication before arrival is always important.

We’d also like to clarify one point for future guests: the ₱500 additional charge per person mentioned in the review was not a hidden fee. The reservation was made for 2 guests, but 4 guests arrived at check-in. As stated in our listing and booking policies, additional guests who are not declared in the reservation are subject to an extra guest fee.
