We are Phoy Guest House Manila. We are happy to answer your questions and inquiries☺️. However, if you plan to reserve or secure a room, please make sure to be present on your reserved date.
Our policy is strictly NO DOWNPAYMENT, NO RESERVATION. We understand that some guests may worry about scams, which is why we sometimes allow reservations without requiring a downpayment.
However, we also experience cases where guests do not show up 🥲. This results in lost income because the room could have been given to other guests. Some guests cancel without notice or simply stop responding.
We kindly ask everyone to be responsible when making a reservation. Let’s respect each other’s time and effort.
