Young Hoteliers' Exposition handles events outside and inside of De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde such as the YHE WEEK, Manila Foods And Beverages Exposition (MAFBEX), Cooking Demos, Seminars, and other special events related to the Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management Industry. We organize weeklong events that will cater and showcase the talents of the SHRIM Students "BY DOING ORDI

NARY THINGS EXTRAORDINARILY WELL." It's a 3-day series of events we handle in order to help the SHRIM Students of ALL TRACKS such as the Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management and Tourism Track of DLS-CSB expose their talents competitively. MAFBEX, on the other hand, is a 5-day event which is held annually at the World Trade Center. This event we handle does not only cover for the SHRIM students of DLS-CSB, but it also involves the HRM Students of other universities and colleges which makes us an organizer of a diverse community. Behind YHE, there are 3 branches of committees such as the Administrative, Technical, and Creative Committee. Each branch has different tasks in accordance with their own specializations in order to meet YHE's one and only Goal, and that is to make the Exposition SUCCESSFUL.
