Dear Miss Amber, it was unfortunate that you had felt that way. However, we don't believe from our side what you had stated is true.

You are well replied from your inquiry though it was delayed a little bit because of the power interruption, we always make sure that all information are well presented from FAQs and other details are given if being asked.

The owner of MB Hiraya herself, was the one who greeted you very politely and welcomed you so kindly near the entrance.
It was unfortunate that you brought your pets with you that's why she did not accept you.

She kindly and very politely told you that we do not accept pets and explained why. It was you, your disappointment, ignored her and left the resort.

Most who became our guests knew how she talked very kindly and how accommodating she is.
