One-day league (Games are quarterly)
Months: FEB, MAY, AUG, and NOV

Rules:
1. A team must have a Church letter signed by a senior pastor/Elder/ Pastor stating their purpose and allowing the players to join the quarterly league. THE LETTER must have the list of players. (Pls include the coach/player holder or manager if they have).
2. Players must wear jerseys/active dry shirt and and wear shoes during games.
3. Volleyball women Players can wear volleyball cyclings but after every game they must wear their pants or they must cover their cyclings.
4. Volleyball men are prohibited from wearing cycling or crossed dress.
5. We prohibit the outsiders or family of the players from entering the venue. Only the players, coaches and pastors can visit or watch the games.
6. A Player can only participate if he/she is active in bible studies and in training (in your church).
7. Venues may change depending on the places of the teams.
8. Follow the add'l game rules.

Add'l game rules:
a. No badwords or cursing words.
b. No swag
c. No bullies and extra nonsense and offensive words. (p**o, nagpakilala, pabothi)
d. 10 mins preparation before the game.
e. Violation to these rules (technical) equivalent to 1-set sit out and minus 5 pts to the violator's team.
f. 2 technicals means a sit out for the whole game.

Perfectly Natural Herbs (PNH) 23rd Anniversary Virtual Unity Run❗

​By the grace of God, PNH is celebrating its 23rd anniversary this year! To commemorate this milestone, we are holding a Virtual Unity Run: 2,323KM Challenge—a distance specially chosen to honor our 23 years of service.

💢 ​Each team must consist of 3 members. This event is open to everyone. If you are a runner, please invite someone who is not fond of jogging, running, or walking, because here at Perfect Natural Herbs, we care about you and your health.

💢​One Goal, One Community: Start to Live Right & Healthier.

💢​Once your team reaches the 2,323KM goal, you will receive your finisher T-shirt and finisher medal.

💢​Event Duration: July 1, 2026 – November 3, 2026 (The challenge strictly ends on November 3, 2026).

💢​Registration Fee: 1,499 per team (composed of 3 persons). Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

💢​How to Join

​Please send your registration fee receipt, your team name, the names of the team members, and your preferred T-shirt sizes here via private message.

💢​Claiming Your Rewards:💢

⭕​For participants in Iligan City: You may claim your finisher T-shirt and medal at the Perfectly Natural Herbs store in Tibanga, Iligan City.

⭕​For participants outside Iligan City: We will ship your finisher T-shirt and medal directly to you. Please note that the shipping fee (SF) will be shouldered by the participants.

💢​Activity Requirements💢

⭕​Use Strava: Please download the Strava app to track your activities.

⭕​Submission: Each team must designate one representative to send screenshots or links of the 3 members' activities. Every time you finish a run/walk, please PM the following details:

​Distance, Date, Duration, Pace, Route map, and Moving time.

⭕​Allowed Activities: Walking, jogging, and running are all permitted.

💢​Reminder: Please make an effort to invite someone who is not currently active in walking, jogging, or running.
