👋🏻 JK Cottage (for Ladies Only) is now open for new occupants for August contract

✔️ 5 yrs operated already. Safe and Secure. (with cctv and cleanliness is well maintained)

✔️ 24 hours water and electric connection

✔️ We have 4 floors (Underground, 1stfloor, 2ndfloor and newly finished 3rdfloor); Good for 4 or 6 each room.

✔️ For common rooms, it has comfort rooms, bathrooms and cooking area

✔️ Exclusive CR’s within the room on 2ndfloor and 3rdfloor.

✔️ We provide a wide laundry area in rooftop.

✔️ We provide study area in the house

✔️ Each boarder has its own cabinet and free standard foam

✔️ Rooftop Rest Area

✔️ We sell wifi tickets and we also have laundry area in the house

✔️ BOARDING FEE:

🏠 800/head for underground and 1st floor. Inclusions: Gadgets, Laptops, Rice Cooker and Heater
(3,200/room)

🏠 1,250/head for 2ndfloor and 3rdfloor
Inclusions: A Private Cr and sink inside the room. Gadgets, Laptops, Ricecooker and Heater
(5k/room)
