In reference to 𝐃𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐒𝐀 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐆𝐀𝐋𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐍𝐨. 05. Coastal Water Condition issued at 05:00 AM today, 03 January 2025, Sea travel is risky for small seacrafts (including all motor bancas of any type or tonnage). Mariners of these vessels advised to remain in port or seek safe harbor. For larger vessels, operating in these conditions required experience properly equipped vessels.
Vessel masters, boat captains, ship owners / operators, and Coast Guard units concerned are advised to take appropriate measures to ensure safety of life at sea. Unless there is an intermediate issuance
In this regard, all trips of motor banca of any type of tonnage in the waters of Matnog Sorsogon are hereby 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐃 due to unfavorable weather conditions, except for taking shelter.
Be guided with the HPCG Memorandum circular 03-01 entitled Revised Guidelines of movement of motorboats/vessel in the absence of weather Bulletin in the Locality.
