Our fully air conditioned rooms feature various bedding arrangements, kitchenette and a LCD flat screen TV. It has a great location, close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle. HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS

PAYMENT

FIRST POLICY

1.Please observe silence (No loud noises after 10:00PM).
2.Strictly no smoking inside the room.
3.Strictly no pets allowed.
4.Using of cooking induction will be charge PHP 100 per day.
5.Please turn off the lights & unplug the appliances when not in use.
6.No hard alcoholic drinks is allowed in this premises (only light drinks is okay like wine and beer).
7.Any additional guest will be charge PHP 500 per day for extra bed set-up.
8.For any damage of property or stain of bedding like lipstick and make-up will be charge to the guest depending on the severity of the damage.
