2026 is another year of Turtle Bay!

Since 2009, Turtle Bay has been shaped not only by the sea around us, but by the people who care for this place every day. Our team brings warmth, genuine Filipino hospitality, and a deep love for the ocean to every guest who walks through our doors.

These faces are just part of a much bigger story. Behind every dive, every meal, every welcome, every clean room, and every unforgettable moment are many hands and hearts working together to make Turtle Bay feel like home.

Our Thanksgiving celebration is a chance to pause and recognize the people who make it all possible. We are grateful for their hard work, their laughter, their dedication, and the spirit they bring to Turtle Bay each day.

And to our guests who continue to share this little corner of paradise with us, thank you for being part of our story.

Here’s to the people behind Turtle Bay, and to many more memories together. 🩵🐢🪸

Do you see those tiny circles on this pipefish’s belly? These are eggs deposited by a female pipefish. Just like seahorses, the dad carries and protects the babies until they hatch, then off they swim to start their own little adventure!
