Tarlaqueños may bago akong na explore na Cafe sa Moncada. Relaxing ang ambiance at masarap mag chill dito. Nasa loob mismo ng A&A Relaxing Resort, previously Bali de Lee-Nea.

Must try yung mga coffee based and non-coffee based drinks nila. Then meron din silang mga finger foods. Pwede din kayong mag billiards, 200php for 1 hour.

Kung gusto niyo namang mag chill, pwede kayong mag pwedto sa al fresco dining nila. Meron silang mga alcoholic drinks, sizzling sisig, buttered corn and hotdogs.
