As part of the month-long celebration, a Series of Talks is being conducted via Zoom teleconference, highlighting key initiatives in research, extension, and production.

The first session, which concluded last week, focused on the SETI Scorecard Orientation, which provided participants with valuable insights on performance monitoring, strategic alignment, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen RDEP initiatives.

Join us as we explore how the HGDG tool can be effectively utilized in conducting gender analysis and promoting inclusive, responsive, and sustainable development practices within the institution.

Anchored on the theme β€œLead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”, this year’s observance highlights that women’s leadership has long been embedded in Filipino heritageβ€”tracing back to the era of the Babaylans, when women exercised authority and influence alongside men.
At Davao de Oro State College, with our College President, Dr. Lilybeth M. Matunhay, at the helm, we actively promote gender equality, empowerment, and inclusive opportunities for everyone. We honor the courage, determination, and outstanding contributions of the women in our academic community whose commitment continues to strengthen our institution and drive positive transformation.
As we mark this month-long celebration, may we continue to recognize women’s accomplishments, uplift their voices, and work together toward a society where equality is truly experienced by all.
Happy National Women’s Month!
