Bien Beach Resort strictly follows the ordinances of the Municipality of Morong, Bataan.
Para happy, safe, at walang โhala!โ moments, kindly follow our resort rules and policies below. Strict po kami, pero sweet pa rin. ๐

๐ฎ NO LITTERING / BAWAL MAGKALAT
Itapon po natin ang ating basura sa tamang basurahan. Ang beach at dagat ay hindi po giant trash bin. Please keep the resort clean.
โป๏ธ GARBAGE SEGREGATION
The resort follows the Garbage Segregation Project of the government.
Please dispose of your waste properly in the designated bins. Discipline starts with the right basurahan. ๐
๐ถ NO LOITERING
Please do not stay or hang out in front of units that are not assigned to you.
This is for everyoneโs privacy, safety, and peace of mind. Hindi po tayo background character sa ibang unit. ๐
๐ NO NIGHT SWIMMING / BAWAL MALIGO SA DAGAT SA GABI
Swimming in the sea at night is strictly prohibited.
This is for your safety and to avoid drowning accidents. Hindi po ito horror movie beach scene. ๐
๐บ NO SWIMMING WHEN INTOXICATED
Guests who are drunk or under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to swim in the sea or pool.
Safety first po. Lasenggo mode and swimming mode are not a good love team. ๐
๐ฅ NO BONFIRE
Bonfires are strictly prohibited based on the ordinance of Morong, Bataan.
Romantic sana, pero bawal po talaga. ๐
๐ QUIET HOURS START AT 10:00 PM
Please avoid loud noises after 10:00 PM.
Let us respect other guests who are resting. Party-party po, pero may volume limit. ๐
๐ฑ ENVIRONMENTAL FEE
An Environmental Fee of Php 25/head may apply.
This fee is payable to the LGU, not to the resort.
๐ FOLLOW STAFF AND LIFEGUARD INSTRUCTIONS
Please listen to and follow the reminders and instructions of our staff and lifeguard.
They are here to keep everyone safe, not to ruin the fun. Promise. ๐
๐ TAKE CARE OF RESORT FACILITIES
Please take care of the resort facilities, rooms, furniture, and equipment.
Treat them like your own, but better. ๐
๐งด BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS, TOILETRIES & DINING UTENSILS
Towels, toiletries, and dining utensils are not provided.
Please bring your own personal items and dining needs.

Please take care of all borrowed items and return them properly after use.

Parking slots are limited and based on the number of rented accommodation units.

๐๏ธ Beachfront House 1, 1st Floor - 2 parking slots
๐๏ธ Beachfront House 2, 2nd Floor - 2 parking slots
๐๏ธ Beachfront House 3, 3rd Floor - 1 parking slot
๐ก Villa, 2nd Floor - 3 parking slots
๐ Excess vehicles may be parked inside the resort only if there is still available space.

ฟ๏ธ Additional vehicles may park at the common pay parking area in front of or beside the Pawikan Conservation Center.
Overnight Parking Rate: Php 150/200
๐ญ NO SMOKING INSIDE ROOMS
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and accommodation units.
Fresh air only po sa loob. Usok, sa designated area lang. ๐
โ ๏ธ GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
The resort will not be held responsible for accidents, loss of belongings, injury, or loss of life caused by violation of resort rules, violation of local government ordinances, negligence, unsafe actions, or failure to follow staff instructions.

Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled due to safety concerns such as:
- Typhoon
- Storm surge
- Thunderstorm
- Strong winds
- LGU red flag alerts

โ RIGHT TO CANCEL BOOKINGS
The resort has the right to cancel bookings due to violations of resort rules or safety concerns involving our guests and staff.

A portion of the Early Arrival Fee goes to our hardworking staff who assist guests outside their official accommodation time.

Please avoid arriving or requesting assistance between 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM because we are assisting our checking-out guests during this time.

Housekeeping closes at 8:00 PM.
Please inform our staff of anything you need before 8:00 PM.
After 8:00 PM, housekeeping is already in โsee you tomorrowโ mode. ๐
๐ BEFORE CHECKOUT
Please double-check your unit before checking out to make sure no belongings are left behind.
Bawal po mag-iwan ng charger, damit, ex, or memories lang. ๐

Day Tour Rate: Php 500/head
This applies to guests who are not included in the declared number of pax.
๐ POOL OPERATING HOURS
Pool Hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
The pool will be cleaned after operating hours so it will be fresh and ready for the next day.

Friendly, properly groomed small to medium-sized pets are allowed.
Pet Fee: Php 500/pet
Please make sure your fur babies are behaved, clean, and ready for beach day cuteness. ๐พ
