Hello po,. Mam eva, mam Janice, mam irene, and mam mariel and to all the staff, we can't thank you enough for a pleasant stay we had sa Ked's Monteplaya last May 9-10, 2026. Like what i said before leaving, the place is very commendable plus all the staff as well. Very attentive po kau sa needs namin. Infact, hindi na nga po kami nagaask, kusa na po kau nagooffer ng sarili at ng help sa family namin. From stepping in sa hotel lobby, to entering our rooms and making sure all the room amenities are served and functioning, to hearing and granting our requests, kahit pa sa pag prep ng food sa restaurant ninyo and offering your kitchen and dining wares, lahat po ginawa ninyo to make our stay very smooth and light.. maraming maraming salamat po because our usual gala became memorable dahil nagrant ung wish ng sister ko na surprise mother's day gifts pra sa lahat ng mommies ng family. The effort you showed to make us feel very welcome is surely appreciated.

Again, from our family, THANK YOU VERY MUCH and we hope to see you again. God bless
Thank you🙏 Din po maam Joyce Vanessa GODOY Cubarde&family!

Last night(may, 9-2026)at around 7:00 PM, a guests relative, MAAM SHERIZZA SANTOSreached out to us FROM KINGSTON Ontario, Canada to prepare a Mother’s Day surprise for her mom, siblings, sister in law, and others.

We immediately made an effort to get all the necessary materials for the surprise, and with our staff’s collaborative effort, we were able to get a cake, bouquets, and roses. The plan was to deliver everything at 12 midnight.

However, by that time, they were already tired and went to their rooms early. To adjust, we gave the surprise during their breakfast instead.

Everything went well despite the delay. The family was happy, and that’s what matters most.

Thank you for choosing Ked’s Monteplaya to be part of your special moments. Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there! 💐
