📢 Important Advisory from Dana's Highland Cafe

Dear Valued Guests,

Please be informed that we have implemented a new consumable rate for customers who will be using our swimming pool facilities.
➡️ These adjustments come as a result of the continued increase in the cost of raw materials and operational expenses. As these costs continue to rise, our menu prices may also be adjusted in the near future.

📌 In addition, we will no longer be accepting weekend and holiday reservations for our restaurant until further notice. This is to help us better accommodate walk-in guests and manage peak weekend operations more efficiently.

📌 Kindly also note that we do not have an active business phone number at the moment. All inquiries, reservations, and transactions will be accommodated through private message only via our official page.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support as we strive to maintain the quality of our food, facilities, and overall guest experience.

Good evening, everyone! We will open tomorrow at around 10:00 AM (Murcia branch). Order taking will begin at around 10:00 AM onwards. Please note that the pool will remain closed before 10:00 AM for general maintenance.

We would also like to kindly remind everyone that due to the high volume of customers we have been receiving recently, we have implemented a batch ordering system. This means that order taking may temporarily pause for around 1 to 1.5 hours to ensure that all orders are prepared and served properly (especially around lunch time).

Kindly expect longer waiting times, as we prioritize orders on a first-come, first-served basis. Please also note that we do not accept reservations, and all orders are placed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, we may be inactive on our Messenger and contact number during the day, as we prioritize serving our dine-in customers. Thank you for your understanding.

Good day, everyone! We would like to inform our customers that we have made some adjustments to our order-taking process, as we are currently accommodating a large number of customers.

In order for us to serve you better, we have implemented a few changes to properly assess and manage each customer’s order.

Orders will still be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

KINDLY ALSO NOTE THAT WE ARE ALSO OPENING AT 10AM UNTIL FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT.
