You must provide us with your RedDoorz Booking ID in order to make a claim.
2. The following conditions must apply:
Same booking date
Same hotel
Same period of stay
Same Room/Bed type
Same Advance purchase requirements, prepayment, and deposit requirements (if any)
Same Cancellation and Amendment policies
The room must be available for instant confirmation at the time our agents check availabilit

Same device bookings like website booking or app booking
3. Claims should only be submitted on the day of booking.
4. Claims is applicable only 7 days before check-in
5. The "Best Price Guarantee" does not apply to reservations offering third-party loyalty program rewards or unpublished rates, such as:
Private rates
Third-party supplied rates
Packaged or promotional rates
Hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package
Rates that are not available to the general public, which includes:
Corporate discount rates
Group or meeting rates
Any rates requiring membership, (i.e. AAA or AARP rates)
Loyalty programs
Any organization with rates intended for a specific group of individuals and are not meant for the general public
6. 2x price difference claim process are different depending on the mode of payment. All claims will be credited via the customer's nominated Bank account by RedDoorz within 14 banking days after processing the request. Prepaid non-refundable - claim request will get the process on the day of the request. Prepaid refundable and Pay at Hotel - claim request will get process after checkout on the hotel.
7. Users can claim a price difference of up to 5 nights of stay.
8. RedDoorz has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is for the same hotel, room type, dates, and that it meets all Terms, Conditions, and Claims processing requirements.
9. Our "Best Price Guarantee" cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
10. RedDoorz reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the "Best Price Guarantee" at any time.
