Panicuason Hotspring Resort Hotel and Adventure Park, located in the northeastern barangay of Panicuason, is a therapeutic haven beneath the shades of Mount Iriga. It is the only natural sulfuric Hot Spring Resort most accessible in Camarines Sur. It is roughly 16 kilometers from the city center up to the main gate and another 1.3 kilometers of one-lane concrete road. One has to wait for his turn to go down or up, upon the advice of the man with a hand-held radio.

Panicuason Hotspring Resort Hotel and Adventure Park has been operational since 1988 and still welcoming guest warm to its abode. It has several swimming and wading pools with varying height (two feet to five feet) and temperature (from coldest at 25 degrees to 39 degrees, the hottest).
