𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝑹𝒖𝒍𝒆𝒔

The following must be observed or adhered to during your stay:

1. 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 must be settled upon arrival and before handing over of keys. No cancellation policy. Accommodation is rebookable but notify us 3 days before the target date, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
2. 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝟏𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌. 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝟐:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌, to give us time to make up the rooms for the next guests.
3. 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝, as long as you clean after use.
4. 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 inside the rooms/house. Smoke at the balcony or terrace area and dispose of cigarette butts into the ashtrays.
5. 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 at all times.
6. Gambling and illegal drugs are 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝.
7. 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐭𝐬, 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 whenever not in use or going out of the house.
8. 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬, we will not be liable for any loss of your personal belongings.
9. 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 shall be paid by guests due to abuse, negligence or deliberate damages on house properties including loss of room keys.
10.𝐀𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐛𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝, however, guests should avoid any disruptive behaviour.
11.𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 in the house and the neighbourhood, refrain from screaming or making loud noises. Any forms of complaint, excessive noises or unruly behaviour will result in discharge from the house without any recourse to refund.
12. 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐣𝐮𝐫𝐲. Rates do not cover insurance of any sort, so guests are advised to take precautions.
