All villas are located in Maya Maya Subdivision, a safely guarded community in Nasugbu, Batangas City. Maya Maya is beside Tali Beach and Punta Fuego. All villas are private homes which come with fully equipped kitchens, a barbeque grill, air conditioned bedrooms, hot water showers, indoor and outdoor seating areas, a dining room with complete potable water, and villas have a private swimming pool and a gorgeous view of the famous Batangas sunset. Villas also have caretakers who are happy to assist you with your needs for a minimal amount of P500 a day (tips are encouraged if you’d like them to stay after 5:00pm).

Rate for 10 pax: P25,000 per night (P1,500 for each additional guest up to 15 pax inclusive of help/driver and guest above 12 y/o)

VILLA ASSAD
No. of Bedrooms: 4 (all with private bathrooms)
Rate for 10 pax: P25,000 per night (P1,500 for each additional guest up to 15 pax inclusive of help/driver and guest above 12 y/o)
Additional features: private swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, BBQ area, table tennis

HOUSE RULES:
Check in time is 2:00pm and check out is 12:00 noon. This is strictly enforced, unless with prior agreement.
All requestors must submit the following details prior to confirmation:
o Name of Lead Guest
o Contact details
o Dates requested for stay
o No. of pax (specify if guest is below 12 y/o)
o Complete list of names of guests
Payment terms are 50% downpayment upon confirmation (downpayment is non-refundable after confirmation). Cash balance is to be paid 2 days prior to arrival.
Children, Caretakers, yayas, personal cooks and drivers should be included in the headcount, as there are no separate servant quarters.
Long term rates are negotiable.
Screaming, shouting, karaoke, and other loud activities are not permitted in Maya Maya subdivision. This is strictly enforced, and violators will be charged a penalty.
Smoking is allowed outside of the villas only please. No smoking indoors.
Additional services such as massage, mani-pedi, bangka island hopping, banana boat, jet ski, golf are available upon request. Visits to nearby beaches can also be arranged. The nearest private beach is Tali Beach. Another alternative is to rent a bangka and visit all the surrounding beaches. Other nearby free beaches are Munting Buhangin (entrance fee applies), Natipuan (free) and Calayo beaches (free).
Food and drinks are not included in the rental fees; however, arrangements can be made for the Villa caretakers to do cleaning, shopping and cooking for you for P500 per day, and upon request. Otherwise, grocery stores such as Waltermart, Savemore and fastfood restaurants such as McDonalds, Chicken Inasal, Jolibee, Red Ribbon are within a 15 minute drive from Maya Maya.
General cleaning after your stay is free of charge. However if the property is found excessively dirty, or if there is extreme damage to the property, costs will be billed to the requestor.
Please bring your own towels (for bathing and swimming), and toiletries (only toilet paper is provided in bathrooms).
Please remember that you must deposit 50% down payment and provide the complete list of names in order to confirm your reservations.
