The condo is a 5-7 min walk to the beachfront and 2-3 min walk to the Country Club COVID PRECAUTIONS: Vaccination ID required. The perimeter road is 1.75 km.

Those without vaccination will need to present rt-PCT results (72 hours). Children below 3 are exempted from the requirements. THE RESORT: Pico de Loro is located in Nasugbu. This property has large gardens and a centrally located man-made lake. Barbecue facilities can be found in certain areas of the village. THE CONDO: Our condo (Jacana) is located 5-7 minutes walk to the beachfront (600 meters)

and 2-3 minute walk to the Country Club Swimming pool (200 meters). This fully air conditioned apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen. We have a large wrap around patio complete with two bar tables and stools with a picturesque view of the mountain. We particularly enjoy having breakfast and late afternoon coffee here. Guests wishing to travel light can make use of towels and bed sheets. A buffet and continental breakfast is available every morning at club house. But guests are free to cook their own meals in the condo. The reception is available 24 hours and can provide tips on the area. The accommodation has a playground. Guests are welcome to enjoy ping pong on site for FREE. Cycling in the surrounding areas are allowed. But I recommend that you park at the wharf (where fishing can be done for free), and go out of Pico towards Nasugbu, then back. Jogging around the lake is highly recommended early in the morning. The entire lake path is about 1.33km. Going around the premises is mainly by walking. But Pico de Loro offers free shuttle service within the premises. Check in: 2pm to 12 midnight

Free parking. No smoking (inside the unit) and NO PETS allowed. Bathroom has shampoo, soap, hot water, towels, hair dryer, tissue. We advise you to bring your own personal toiletries. Kitchen includes: microwave, oven toaster, water kettle, electric griller, 2-burner electric stove, vegetable steamer, bread toaster, large and small rice cookers, thermal cooker, Turbo Broiler, french press coffee maker, and a big 2-door refrigerator. We have 2 queen size beds, 1 folding sofa bed good for two, 3 single floding floor mattresses, and a two couch beds. It is good for 8 guests (Pico de Loro policy). Sorry, we have no special facilities for babies. Wifi is available (and FREE) in Jacana, the Beach Club and the Country Club. It can slow down depending on the number of guests. So we advise you to just enjoy nature during your stay. Transactions inside Pico de Loro are all through CREDIT CARDS. No cash will be accepted in the Country Club or the Beach Club. Rent does not include Club and Beach Entrance Fee of 1,500/adult (PEAK MONTHS)

Our condo is the closest to the country club, and across the Pico Sands hotel. We just literally walk to the swimming pools!

We are pleased to inform you that Pico de Loro Club is now open to accompanied guests beginning June 7, 2021.

Pursuant to the IATF, DOT, and LGU guidelines, below are the list of requirements for accompanied guests that must be presented prior to the arrival date:
• RT-PCR test result for 18yo below and 65yo above, performed within 72 hours prior arrival.
• Guest list must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance with test result if applicable;
• Valid IDs must be presented at the main gate for verification

ENTRANCE FEE: 1500/adult, 800/child (June-August 2021)
