We have a veranda overlooking the picturesque lagoon and jog pathway, under a canopy of acacia trees. COVID PRECAUTIONS: Vaccination ID required. Those without vaccination will need to present rt-PCT results (72 hours). Children below 3 are exempted from the requirements. THE RESORT: Pico de Loro is located in Nasugbu. This property has large gardens and a centrally located man-made lake. Barbecue
facilities can be found in certain areas of the village. THE CONDO: Our condo (Jacana) is located 5-7 minutes walk to the beachfront (600 meters) and 2-3 minute walk to the Country Club Swimming pool (100 meters). This fully air conditioned apartment features 2 open-concept bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen. We particularly enjoy having breakfast and late afternoon coffee here, enjoying the peace with the continuous chirping of birds. Guests are free to cook their own meals in the condo. The reception is available 24 hours and can provide tips on the area. Cycling in the surrounding areas are allowed. The perimeter road is 1.75 km. For distance bikers, I recommend that you park at the wharf, and go out of Pico towards Nasugbu, then back. You can use the seaside route (mountainous) or the old route (more flat). Jogging around the lake is highly recommended early in the morning. The entire lake path is about 1.33km. Going around the premises is mainly by walking, although free shuttle service are also available. Check in: 2pm to 12 midnight

Kitchen includes: microwave, oven toaster, water kettle, electric griller, 2-burner electric stove, vegetable steamer, bread toaster, large and small rice cookers, thermal cooker, Turbo Broiler, french press coffee maker, and a big 2-door refrigerator. We have 2 queen size beds, 1 folding sofa bed good for two, 3 single floding floor mattresses, and a two couch beds. It is good for 8 guests (Pico de Loro policy). Sorry, we have no special facilities for babies. Wifi is available (and FREE) in Jacana, the Beach Club and the Country Club. It can slow down depending on the number of guests. So we advise you to just enjoy nature during your stay. Transactions inside Pico de Loro are all through CREDIT CARDS. No cash will be accepted in the Country Club or the Beach Club.
