IMPORTANT NOTICE
Dear Valued Guests and Fur Parents,
To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene, allergy safe and relaxing environment for every guest who stay with us. While we have enjoyed hosting many responsible pet owners, constant violations of our pet policy and associated damages have made it impossible for us to continue this service. We have had too many instances of broken rules, negligence, un-hygienic matter, that our cleaning team can no longer manage and left us with no choice. Due to the consistent issues with pet policy adherence, Villa Portofino will no longer be a pet-friendly villa and we are now shifting our focus to a No Pets Policy effective on this day April 11,2026 at 7:45PM.
We want to ensure a serene and clean experience for every guest. Thank you to the many "fur parents" who respected our rules, but we must make this change for the long-term quality of our villa. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes to responsible pet owners and appreciate your understanding of our need to protect our property.
All bookings confirmed before this date will still be honored. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our villa in top condition.
