Our house is open for rent for a quick get away to the busy life of the metro. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 CRs, with full dining and kitchen facilities. The whole house has no air-conditioning system as we wanted to keep the feeling that it is a beach summer house. But it is well ventilated. Kindly take note that Tali Beach Village is a private subdivision and has its own rules and strict secur
ity enforces. As you enter the village you will be our guest and will be accompanied by the home owner at all times. Strictly, no roaming around the place without the accompaniment of the home owner, otherwise your attention will be called. The beaches and cliff diving are well maintained by the village owners, so please do not litter or leave your trash behind. Controlled noise as much as possible as we don't want to receive complains from other homeowner. Electricity might flicker from time to time at night as we have limited power supply. Water may disrupt by midnight to give way to the filling of water tanks. The Tali Beach Village has the right to ban people or any entities that caused complain and puts any property on danger. The house is for rent for weekends only as the homeowner has other obligations on weekdays,
