Payment Terms: We require a full one night payment of Php 9,500 to reserve the date.We will also require you to submit a photocopy of a government issued ID ( i.e. driver s License, Passport,) for identification purposes. Rules and Regulations:1. This is our beach house that we are sharing with you. Please respect and treat it as if it were your own home. 2. Check in time is at 2 pm and check out time is at 12 noon the following day.3. Guests have to pay approximately Php 200/head for the use of the resort swimming pool to the resort management.4. For stress free meals you can avail of the resort restaurant at the ground floor lobby of the resort.5. The use of the beach is free.6. The adjacent hotel does not allow food and drinks to be brought in from the outside, while you can bring your food and drinks while staying in our apartment unit. Further Information:Please bring your own toiletries, towels and soap for kitchen and bath.The adjacent hotel charges P9500 for 4 pax. Any additional person over 4 is charged Php 800/ head. Our rate, however, of Php 9,500 is good for 7 pax. The hotel does not allow food and drinks to be brought in while with us you can bring as much food and drinks. RULES AND REGULATIONS:
NO VISITORS ALLOWED . ONLY THOSE THAT ARE OUR REGISTERED GUEST MAY USE THE FACILITIES OF THE APARTMENT
1. This is our beach house that we are sharing with you. Please keep it clean. The housekeeper will be collecting Php 500 as SECURITY DEPOSIT upon checking In and refunded upon checking out after inspection that the apartment is left clean.. Dishes should be washed, cleaned and stored upon check out. Pillows and mattresses should be stored. Furniture should be returned to their proper place. Garbage should be placed in the trash can.
2. Check in time is at 2 pm and check out time is at 12 noon the next day.
3. Homeowners Pool
kids should have ADULT SUPERVISION while swimming at the pool.
Proper SWIM ATTIRE - bathing suit/trunks , rashguard
No sando, t-shirt,shorts , maong , cotton clothing allowed
In case you guys were wondering where we were for the holiday.
Php9,500 good for 1-7 people.
