From Tacloban or Ormoc City: ​ Ride a bus or van heading to Naval. Travel time to Naval takes roughly 2.5 hours and costs around ₱150 one-way. Upon entering Naval and passing through Naval Central School in Garcia Street, turn left going to the Naval Cathedral Church. Go straight all the way. Biliran Island Inn is located across Park ‘N Go Bakeshop and beside Mercury Drugs Pharmacy.
