Here's our frequently asked questions and resort details! Simple. There are 2 ways:
Option 1:Via Public Transportation
From Naga
* Take the bus going to Lagonoy
* Landmark will be the Grandeur Cemetery
* In less than 200 meters, once you see the ‘The Palm’ signage on the left side of the road, you may take-off from the bus
* From the highway, you may take habal-habal going to The Palm Resort.
Cost of the habal-habal should be PHP30 per head. From Partido
* Take the bus going to Naga
* Landmark will be the Hibago covered court
* In less than 200 meters, once you see the ‘The Palm’ signage on the right side of the road, you may take-off from the bus
* From the highway, you may take habal-habal going to The Palm Resort. Option 2: Own Car
If you have your own car, you may pin our location in the Google Map. That's the fastest way to get here. What time is your resort operation?
* Currently, our resort is open from 9am to 5pm daily. For overnight inquiries, please send us a dm or you may call our hotline number. Is reservation required?
* No. Reservation is NOT REQUIRED. We accept walk-ins but we highly encourage guests to book their reservation during weekends. Are we allowed to bring foods inside the resort?
* Yes! You can bring your own food but please bring home your left-overs to avoid service charge (Php100). Are pets allowed?
* Palm Resort is a pet-friendly resort. But sorry they are not allowed to swim so don't bring them at the pool area. Are we allowed to bring our own tent/s?
* Yes! But make sure to check the daily weather update. How's the road access?
* Our resort is located at 1.5km from the highway. Please expect some bumps along the way and get ready for some muddy adventure during rainy season! Be sure to check the weather update on your visit. HOUSE RULES
1. Wearing of proper swimming attire is REQUIRED (i.e. swimming/board shorts, rash guard, swimsuit etc.) Maong shorts and cotton shirts are highly prohibited.
2. Strictly no diving at the pool area. This is not a diving spot.
3. Corkage for every electric cookwares is PHP100 (i.e. rice cooker, blender, electric grill etc.)
4. We are an eco-friendly resort. We strictly implement CLEAN AS YOU GO POLICY. The resort will provide you trash bags. All guests must bring their trash and left-overs at home. Fine: PHP200
