Jodan Vill Resort Constructed on September 2018 and open to the public on November 30, 2019. This is the product of everyones imagination & hard work.

At first the original plan was to develop the area into a farm for fruit bearing trees and native chicken with fishpond for milkfish (bangus), calamansi, mangosteen, mango and coconut were also planted around area. But gradually, we discovered that the 3 brothers - the caretakers, started to construct stairs using cement and we had seen their potential to develop the area into a better place. We started to make plans to develop the place for our retirement, which eventually turned into an inland resort. The idea came not just only from us but also with the 3 brothers, carpenters and our painter as well. A place where you can find peace & happiness.

At ang audited financial statements po ninyo mismo ang makakapagsabi nito. 🤔

Tila nakalimutan na po yata ninyo na isang publicly listed company po kayo; 🤔

Kaya may access po ang taumbayan sa mga financial documents ninyo; 🤔

At may mga taong katulad ko na po sa social media, na marunong magbasa ng mga numero. 🤔

At base po dito, noong 2025, ang net income, o ang kinita po ninyo, ay nasa P51 Billion po. 🤔

Samantalang nasa P27 Billion naman po ang total system loss charges na ipinasa ninyo sa publiko. 🤔

Sa madaling salita po, base sa nakaraang taong numero ninyo, kahit inabsorb pa ninyo ang buong system loss na ipinasa sa mga kliyente ninyo; 🤔

Nasa P24 Billion parin po ang matitirang net income o kita ninyo. 🤔

Pero hindi nga po ito ang hinihiling namin dito. 🤔

Dahil tinatanggap ko naman po na hindi niyo dapat inaabsorb ito ng buo. 🤔

Ang sinasabi lang po namin ay matuto kayong makipagtawaran sa gobyerno; 🤔

Kung paano paghahatian ng power generation, transmission, at distribution ito; 🤔

O kung maglalagay nalang ng cap sainyo para sa maximum system loss na maichacharge lang ninyo. 🤔

Basta't huwag niyo lang pong idadamay ang taumbayan sa isyung ito. 🤔

Dahil wala po kayong karapatang i-charge sa publiko ang kuryenteng hindi naman nakarating at ginamit nito. 🤔

At wala po kayong karapatang i-charge sa publiko ang isang bagay na wala naman kaming kapangyarihan o kakayahang mabawasan ito. 🤔

Sana po ay klaro na ito sa tumbayan, at higit sa lahat, sana po ay klaro na ito sainyo. 🤔
