New rates are applicable immediately but those who have prior reservations will be excluded from the rate changes😊

🔥💥We are enforcing new rules and regulations💥🔥

~We are strictly enforcing CLEAN AS YOU GO policy.

~A fine of 1000 would be collected if the place was left dirty and unorderly

~We would require additional 1000 pesos deposit for any damages incurred during the stay

~Guests must surrender 1 valid id for the duration of the stay which maybe claimed upon check out and payment other charges payable

~No eating, drinking and smoking in the pool area

~Pool area will be closed at 2am to facilitate pool maintenance and water change.

~Use of water supply is limited only to personal use, it does not include washing of catering and other supplies used in the event

~Overnight is limited only to 15-20 pax

~The guests of the event are allowed to stay until 930pm only

~Non-conformity of these rule means termination of the contract without refund of payment and the guests will be asked to leave immediately.

We are so excited to share that Pines Private Pool is now open for reservations!! Our Whole venue is now open for service at 25% capacity (maximum of 10 pax) and will be following the sanitary guidelines that have been put in place to protect you and our employees.

Guests are encouraged to make a reservation thru phone call so we can best serve you, but walk-ins are also welcome. Thank you for your trust and patience during this time!

Good day to all our valued guests! This is to inform you that we would only allow rescheduling (subject to the approval of the management) for the dates covered by the enhanced community quarantine(until April 14). For those who fall beyond the date of the ECQ (april 15 and beyond) we will only allow such reschedule if and only if the ECQ will be extended and the date of your reservation will be compromised by said quarantine. Thank you very much and Stay Safe. 😊

In line with the order of the local government regarding temporary closure of business establishments that we would like to inform you that Pine’s Private Resort will be temporarily closed effective today until further notice, for those who have prior reservations, we will be allowing rebooking subject to the approval of the date by the management. Kindly call the official number of the resort (0912) 625 1116 for rebooking and other concerns. Thank you and keep safe everyone.
