Alicia Room Rental Is not just a room rental, Host's treat guest's like FAMILY. Also, give them always time everytime they needed them, a friday night getting to know (Thingy) with all other guests who stay's at the house, play cards & diff. Rental includes the following;

3)water & electric
4)gas for cooking & utensils
5)bed, bedcovers, pillows
6)curtains and towels
7)electric fan
8)computer stand
with: service washing machine
(own soap fabric conditioner)
pay: php 50/wash for water&electric

1)strictly no SMOKING inside the house
2)aftercare of utensils & stove
3)visitor only at common area downstairs
