Located along the beaches of Oroquieta City and a 2-minute drive from the city center, Costa del Sol Resort Hotel offers rooms with private balconies, two outdoor pools, alfresco dining, and kayak activities. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV with cable channels, personal sa

fe (specific rooms), en suite bathrooms with hot & cold shower and toiletries. Towels and linens are also provided. Checked-in guests can fully enjoy our adult and kiddie pool, beachfront cottages, and beach area. A poolbar is also located at our resort area where guests can order snacks and drinks. Other facilities include a banquet hall. For sporty guests, a rubberized track & field and two tennis courts are 550m away from the property. The resort is also situated about 850m from the city plaza and 1.3km away from the Oroquieta City Public Market. The Ozamiz Airport and Dipolog Airport are the two closest airport to the property, which are 39.1km and 90.2km away, respectively. Airport transfers are available subject to an additional charge through our transport partners. Terms and Conditions

RESORT POLICIES
As a service-oriented establishment, we strive to provide our guests with a remarkably clean, safe, and relaxing stay in our resort. Our policy outlined below has been established based on industry standards, as well as management and operational procedures. CHECK-IN TIME & REQUIREMENTS
Our check-in starts at 2:00 p.m. At the instance that you arrive earlier, our front office associates will be happy to store your luggage until your room is ready. For early check-in requests, please inform us ahead of time. However, it will still be subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. A guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. Minors are welcome provided that they are accompanied by an adult. In the interest of security, guests are required to present their own valid government-issued identification card to confirm their identity. If you are using a credit/debit card, the name on that card should match with the name on your ID, as well as in the guest registration form. For foreigners, a valid passport is required for check-in. If you plan to use a thirdy party credit/debit card or mode of payment, we require the guest to provide proof of authorization from the owner of the credit/debit card. We reserve the right to refuse reservation for valid reasons. GUEST REGISTRATION
All information provided by the guest making the reservation/check-in procedure should be true and valid. All room occupants must also be registered. CHECK-OUT
Our check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and have a corresponding late check-out fee. SPECIAL REQUESTS
Should you have any special requests (specific room request, dinner reservation, etc.), Costa del Sol will make every effort to provide them given that you communicate to us in advance since it is subject to availability. Special requests such as extra persons, extra breakfasts, etc. are subject to additional charges at a reasonable amount. PAYMENT
We accept both valid and signed credit/debit card and cash transactions. Other modes of payment such as Paypal and GCash will soon be supported. Payment for the whole duration of your stay must be done upon reservation. Should you wish to extend your stay, please inform our front office associate so we could process your request. Extension of stay will only be acknowledged once payment has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or cancel reservations for reasons related to refusal or delay of payment. Checks are not accepted unless they are confirmed government transactions. Foreign currencies are not accepted. Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation request made at least 72 hours prior to check-in, may avail a full refund transfer by informing us through a phone call or email considering guest can provide valid reason. For peak season and promo rates all reservation payments are non refundable. For all bank or online transaction a charge will be deducted. RATES
Rates are quoted in Philippine currency. Rates may increase or decrease without notice depending on the resort’s discretion. DISCOUNTS
Under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, senior citizens are entitled to a 20% discount on our services provided that you are able to present your senior citizen card. Discounts cannot apply on top of promotional rates. SENIOR CITIZEN / PWD
SC or PWD discounts are not available through our booking engine. Please contact us directly through +639202377777 or email us at [email protected] for such reservations. AMENITIES
As our checked-in guest, you are free to use our pool, beachfront cottages, kayak, and billiard. Pool use is only from 7:00 a.m. Using our two swimming pools requires that you follow our proper pool attire (i.e. swimsuit, swimming trunks, speedo, etc.). Casual shirts and shorts are strictly prohibited. WiFi is available for our checked-in guests. Costa del Sol Resort Hotel has no control over sudden disconnection or weak signals due to weather or unannounced interruption. For assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask our front office associate or guard-on-duty. PARKING
Parking is on a first come, first served basis. It is free of charge for all checked-in guests. As the owner, it is your responsibility to make sure that your car is properly locked and no valuables are left inside. For added security, we do have security personnel 24/7 onsite. FUNCTION HALL EVENTS
As a resort, Costa del Sol Resort Hotel is also open for special events like weddings, seminars, birthdays, or other occasions. Since the function halls are directly below the hotel rooms, at worst, during events like those mentioned, minimal noise disturbance may be unavoidable during the day. However, we will do our best to make sure that this does not happen by pre-arranging all events that have sound system requirements. For any concerns, do not hesitate to call our front office associates for assistance. PETS / ANIMALS
Any kind of pet is strictly prohibited inside the resort and hotel premises. Guests who bring pets inside the property will be charged with a Php 5,000 fine. Any destruction of our property caused by the pet will be fully shouldered by the owner. Only service dogs for blind persons are allowed inside our property. VALUABLES
Safety deposit boxes are available on selected rooms for the safekeeping of these items. For rooms without in-room safe, guests are greatly advised to not leave valuable belongings unattended. HOTEL PROPERTY DAMAGES
Any property damages incurred inside your room during your stay are your responsibility. The hotel reserves the right to charge extra to your account amounting to the value of the property you damaged. SMOKING
For safety and health purposes, forms of smoking like cigarettes, tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, hookahs, incense, cooking, candle burning, or other strong-smelling oils are strictly prohibited in our rooms, hallways, balcony, pool area, lobby area, and parking area. A designated Smoking Area is provided for smokers and only cigarettes are allowed. Guests who are found to have violated this policy will be subjected to penalty and termination of accommodation. ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol is not allowed in common areas such as the lobby, pools, and hallways. However, as a guest, you are responsible in making sure that you maintain a proper decorum while drinking at our designated areas. The management reserves the right to expel any unruly guest, issue charges, and make legal action if necessary. OUTSIDE FOOD
Checked-in guests are allowed to bring their own food. However, strong smelling food and beverages (e.g. Durian) are strictly prohibited inside our hotel rooms. You may consume these at the beachfront cottages. Lechon corkage fee is priced at Php 1,000/lechon. LOST & FOUND
Costa del Sol Resort Hotel assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, or stolen valuables and belongings. If you noticed that you have left behind or lost something valuable to you, please inform us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item. If lost & found items remain unclaimed after fourteen (14) days after attempting to contact the guest, the unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated according to the management’s prerogative. FIRE SAFETY
Costa del Sol Resort Hotel is fully equipped with fire extinguishers along our hallways. Each room is equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation map. In case of emergency or fire, please immediately inform our front office associate or guard-on-duty. FORCE MAJEURE
Costa del Sol Resort Hotel shall not be held responsible for changes of a guest's booking or shortened stay date due to force majeure or acts of God like earthquakes, floods, explosions, riots, fire, typhoons, war, epidemic, government action/legislation, strikes, lockdowns, or any other unforeseeable circumstances which we cannot control. Likewise, the resort will not be liable for failure to uphold arrangements or obligations due to the same circumstances. A rebooking or other arrangements may be considered depending on the discretion of the management and rebooking fee may be waived. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Costa del Sol Resort Hotel is a private establishment. We reserve the right to refuse service and accommodation to anyone or remove a registered guest, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies as stated in our laws and established by the owners and the management for the operation of the hotel. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or evict a guest for the following reasons, but not limited to, (a) refusal or failure to pay accommodations, (b) under the influence of alcohol and acts in a disruptive manner, (c) under the influence of drugs or other intoxicating substances, (d) acts in a disturbingly manner as to disrupt the peace of other guests, (e) seeks to use the hotel for unlawful acts, (f) potentially bring harm and damage to the property and its guest in any way possible, and (g) permits persons to exceed the maximum occupancy in our rooms without our knowledge.
