π RESERVATION POLICY β CASA BLANCA PRIVATE MINI RESORT
To all our valued guests, please be guided by our reservation policy.
We do not accept reservation holds without a down payment, especially if the booking is still one day or more before the scheduled date. We have experienced several cases where guests requested to hold the slot but later cancelled the reservation.
Please understand that a reservation is only considered secured once the required down payment has been made. This policy helps us manage our schedule fairly because there are also many guests who inquire and are ready to send the down payment immediately to secure their preferred date.
Holding a slot without confirmation may prevent other interested guests from booking. If the reservation is cancelled later, the opportunity for others to reserve that date is already lost, which greatly affects the effort and operations of our small business.
For this reason, Casa Blanca Resort is not responsible if the slot is given to another guest when no down payment has been made.

β Reservation is confirmed only after down payment.
β Slots remain open to other guests until payment is received.
If you would like to make sure that the place is legitimate, you are very welcome to visit the resort personally before making your reservation.
